Guidelines and Protocols

Please wait to be greeted by your stylist outside of the salon. Upon entering you will be asked a series of screening questions followed by a temperature check.

 

We will be refusing service to those who show any signs of symptoms of COVID-19(fever, cough, runny nose) or do not meet our screening qualifications.

Please put your mask on and sanitize your hands when entering the salon. Everyone must wear a mask at all times within the salon.

 

Contactless greetings - Clients and stylists must refrain from hugging or shaking hands.

 

Please refrain from coming to the appointment with anyone but yourself. 

 

When receiving the service, please keep your hands in the cape and limit phone use.

 

We will not be serving any refreshments so please bring a water bottle to your appointment. Please bring a straw so your mask can be worn the whole time.

No food allowed.

Please refrain from bringing too many belongings.

Each staff member will self screen for symptoms every day.

Each station will be 2 meters apart from each other.

Sanitized and washed capes and towels will only be used for clients.

Gloves will be changed multiple times during an appointment and between each client.

Each staff member will wear a mask, gloves and an apron at all times.

Chairs, stations and shampoo units will be sanitized between each guest.

Staff members will continuously be sanitizing tools and not sharing tools between guests.

Staff members will sanitize all counters, doorhandles and debit machine continuously through the day and between clients.
